My facilitated groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your ministry and personal skills. I am a certified coach/teacher/speaker for the John Maxwell Team and in my discipleship and writing ministry I am a proven leader of leaders.

HOW CAN MAXIMUM LEADERSHIP HELP YOUR MINISTRY?

There are three training types offered in the MAXimum Leadership program:

1) Mastermind study groups based on books by John Maxwell. I am uniquely trained and certified to lead them.

2) Mastermind study groups based on my own three materials, two of which are already published: 1- Simple Discipleship, 2- The Disciple-Maker’s Toolkit, and 3- The 25 Essential Laws of Discipelship

3) Ministry Leadership Coaching- There are 3 levels of coaching: 1) Basic Ministry Competency Assessment & Coaching ($48.00) and 2) Ministry Leadership Tune-up ($189.00), and 3) 360 Degree Ministry Leadership Competencies Coaching ($297.00). Communicating requires connection! In Everyone Communicates, Few Connect, John Maxwell teaches how to make the connection. If you are going to be a great leader, you must learn how to communicate. Just because something was said does not mean that communication has occurred. I had the privelege to be a contributor to this work by John Maxwell and I think it is among his best books. BOOK MASTERMIND GROUPS BY TOM COCKLEREECE
