In August 2011, RENOVA Coaching and thereby Simple Discipleship became a partner to Life Breakthrough Academy and the Biblical Coaching Alliance. We now provide several levels of coach training, coaching, discipleship, and ministry training. Tom Cocklereece serves as the coach trainer for Simple Discipleship and RENOVA Coaching and Consulting LLC and provides the following coach training programs:

LIFE BREAKTHROUGH COACH TRAINING: Become a certified life coach in 10 weeks of online training with author, discipleship specialist, and John Maxwell Team Coach/Teacher/Speaker… Tom Cocklereece. Certification provides necessary skills for you – to serve as a Life-Coach, Christian Life Coach, or  a church in a Christian life coaching ministry. Launch your life to a new level as you become a leader or influence as a coach. Upon completion you may choose to receive either the designation of certified Life Breakthrough Coach (LBC) or Biblical Life Coach (CBLC). Classes are once per week for 1 hour plus homework assignments and practice coaching. Group training classes are only $699.00 USD – Can be divided into 3 payments of $233.00); Solo training classes are only $897.00 USD – Can be divided into 3 payments of $299.00) Email coachtraining@simplediscipleship.com 

Disciple Coach

DISCIPLE COACH TRAINING: Lead church leaders and churches implement the Simple Discipleship process using both of our publications Simple Discipleship and The Disciple-Maker’s Toolkit. Prerequisite- Life Breakthrough Coach training or equivalent. 6 weeks of online training. Subjects include values-based discipleship, leading paradigm change, steps to culture change, use of assessments, and much more. Skills enhance a Christian life coach ministry or any leader serious about making disciple- making disciples. Completion allows new Disciple Coaches to obtain Simple Discipleship materials at a discount. Classes are once per week for 1 hour plus homework assignments. Solo training classes are $540.00 and can be divided into 3 payments of $180.00 USD. Email coachtraining@simplediscipleship.com . 

Disciple-Maker’s Toolkit

DISCIPLE-MAKER’S COACH TRAINING: No Prerequisites. Provides leaders the training through The Disciple-Maker’s Toolkit that enhances one’s effectiveness at making disciples of Jesus Christ. Learn how to unlock this unique publication in church conferences, small groups, and through one-to-one discipleship. This coach training is especially useful for four discipleship coaches in a church that employs the Simple Discipleship process. Here is the Table of Contents:

2. Stages of Spiritual Growth
3. How to Have a Daily Worship Time
4. 10 Things You Can Do to GROW
5. Spiritual Vitality Assessment
6. Balanced Christian Life Assessment
7. Disciple’s Doctrinal Assessment for evangelical Christians (cross-denominational instrument statistically tested for validity and reproducibility)
8. A 12 Spiritual Gifts Assessment (the focus is ministry disciple-making gifts)

12. Training for Discipling New Christians

The duration of sessions will take you through the first 100 days that you define.
• NeXt WaVe Premium- $500.00 The premium plan includes fifteen coaching sessions or one year, whichever comes first. Your coach will provide the ultimate in leadership coaching to help you outperform and achieve your professional goals.

Simple Discipleship

SIMPLE DISCIPLESHIP STARTUP

Are you a pastor or ministry leader desiring to start Simple Discipleship in your church? We will coach you to success helping you contextualize our simple church discipleship process. We accomplish this through 6 one hour sessions online using Skype and other internet based tools. The sessions will cover:

1. The Basics of Simple Discipleship
2. Using the tools of Simple Discipleship: The Disciple-Maker’s Toolkit
3. Leading change through Simple Discipleship and steps to implementation
4. Branding and contextualizing Simple Discipleship
5. Measuring spiritual vitality and the Simple Discipleship Balanced Scorecard
6. Building momentum and unlocking additional ministries of Simple Discipleship: J.U.M.P Sports, RENEW Wellness, CityPointe Worship

ONLINE DISCIPLESHIP: There are many people, including Christian leaders who were never discipled. It is so prevalent that it’s nothing to be ashamed of…as long as you do something about it once you recognize it. I am passionate about discipleship, so I am offering online Personal Discipleship Coaching at a reasonable cost. Online discipleship coaching is not counseling! With online Personal Discipleship Coaching, you will learn to feed yourself spiritually within days instead of years by applying ten (10) Simple Discipleship principles. Classes are once per week for 1 hour plus homework assignments.
